Who can access this site?
We are an online retail outlet and this site is available for any one interested in our products.
How do I place an order?
You can go through our site, adding the required items to the shopping cart. You can amend you order by going to the shopping cart or continue to add to your order going through the products on our site.
How do I pay for my order?
Once you have finished shopping, you can go to the shopping cart or direct to checkout to pay for your order. You can either go through your account to pay or checkout as a guest. You will then have to fill out your delivery / billing details and select your payment method.
The prices displayed are all showing £0.00, is this an error?
Once you select the required item on the product page, the price will automatically update to the applicable charge for the required item / quantity.
I don't have a PayPal account, can I still order from your site?
Yes of course! You do not have to have a PayPal account to be able to pay, all card payments will go through either PayPal or Shopify approved payment methods as they are a secure gateway for accepting payments.
Do you have minimum or maximum order values?
You can order as much or as little as you like. If you have any wholesale enquiries, please contact us via email, sales@eleganthome.co.uk
How long are the delivery times?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of cleared payment. Delivery times are normally between 2-4 working days from date of dispatch, but this will vary depending on your delivery location and weight of your order as this will determine which courier service will be required. Currently, 98% of orders dispatched are being delivered within 2-3 working days (mainland UK)
I am an international customer, will you still be able to deliver to me?
We are able to deliver to most addresses across Europe, Australia, USA and Canada. Please use the shipping tab in the shopping cart for an accurate quote for your delivery address. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us on sales@eleganthome.co.uk
Do you have a shop where I can come and look at your products?
No, unfortunately we do not have a physical retail outlet. We are online retailers and all enquiries / orders / refunds will be made through our website.
